- 2 Tbsp. all-purpose flour (white)
- 1 pkg. caramels (13.51 oz., 396g regular, unwrapped, 3 bags 4.51 oz each)
- 2 Tbsp. heavy cream
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
- sea salt (Optional:, for sprinkling)
