Excellent! So flavorful. Even my hubby loved it and he is not usually a fan of kale.

I add a handful of bacon bits and use full fat coconut milk in place of cream…delicious

Delicious! I cooked it extra to softer the potatoes a bit and also added some cut carrots!

Delicious results! I added a cup or so of chopped carrots with the potatoes for color. The blended flavors really came through.

My go to soup recipe! Easy, tasty, fast. I simmer for 30 minutes on medium heat. Potatoes take a while.
