This soup is delicious! My husband worked at Olive Garden while in college and he says this recipe tastes just as good. I used red potatoes instead of russet, and kept the skin on them for additional nutrition. I may try using cauliflower in place of some of the potatoes next time, and may substitute sone of the heavy whipping cream with half & half.

Delicious! I used only 3 cloves of garlic and a little less kale but it was yummy!!

Tried to make this soup, after eating it at Olive Garden all the time. I have to say, it was so simple. This soup does not require a lot of ingredients and takes about 40 minutes to make. My husband loved it when I made it. This recipe definitely deserves 5 starts.
