Good recipe, but proportions were off. I halved the recipe, but ended up probably nearly doubling the amount of liquid ingredients (half and half, water, and broth) to get a good consistency. Next time I will plan on halving everything except the liquid ingredients from the beginning.
I also made this with fresh french bread and it was delicious.
