- 1 tsp. olive oil
- 1 tsp. ground cumin
- 1 pinch salt
- juice (a lemon)
- 1 lb. zucchini
- 2 tsp. extra-virgin olive oil
- 2 tsp. lemon juice
- 1 clove garlic (minced)
- salt
- pepper
- 1 herbs (packed cup of mixed whole, I used chives, mint, and thyme. The chives tasted the best. Next time, i think I’ll use parsley and chives only.)
