- 2 cups cherry tomatoes (sliced in half)
- 1/2 cup Kalamata olives (cut in half)
- 1 cup feta cheese (cut into small cubes)
- 1/2 cup slivered almonds (toasted and cooled, toast at 300˚ for about 10 minutes)
- 1/3 cup olive oil
- 3 Tbsp. lemon juice
- freshly ground black pepper
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 3 basil leaves (large, cut into thin strips, for garnish, optional)
