This is very rich! My boyfriend looooved it as is. I found it a little too heavy for my taste. I will no doubt make it again, but adjust it with a little less butter and Gouda. I really liked how easy it was.

This is a great recipe! You're definitely going to need to double up on the ingredients because everyone else will at the table!!

Will make again. That much cheese and cream makes this a guilty pleasure, which is why I didn't give it 5 stars.

I made this Zucchini Gratin last night and it was delicious! I wished I had doubled it as there were 3 of eating it. I don’t really like either of these veggies but this was so good and I definitely will make it again! I did add pepper but no salt.

I usually double it triple this recipe and it turns out perfect every time! My family loves it!

This is really good! Actually doubled recipe first time because had lots of friends for dinner and everyone raved about it. Have made it couple more times and comes out exactly the same....awesome! Great when you have an abundance of squash!
