Not too good the zucchini was too watery even though I seeded the tomatoes it was too much water and it took too long I made the mistake of using mozzarella if I was on chopped I would have been voted out never again

It would have been better if it wasn’t layered. I probably should have just trusted my gut and made it the way I like. The veggies get too wet when they are layered and they taste better when roasted. I probably could have done without the garlic and thyme, also.

Honestly, I think it came out pretty well. I wouldn't make it without the parmesian/asiago, because the cheese binds it together very well, with a good flavor. If you're looking for a lighter dish, this one is for you.

My husband and I thought it did not live up to the beauty of the vegetables.. The thyme was not a good choice because it didn't enhance the whole dish. There are many other good recipes to enjoy . I would not recommend this recipe.
