Definitely glad I opted to add salt and pepper, otherwise it would have been very bland. Next time will kick it up a notch with some hatch chilis. I did add about one tablespoon of avocado oil to mine to help it not stick to waffle maker and it worked great.

Very good. I served with warm, fresh sage infused maple syrup. Next time I will add a poached or over-easy egg on top. I love breakfast for dinner, especially on chilly evenings. Perfect.

It was delicious flavors but I spread it on the waffle maker too thin so it didn’t form waffles and I had to scrape it out of all the nooks and crannies ☹️ Make sure you put it in thick so the waffle iron squeezes it together to form it. I’ll definitely try again.
