Great recipe! However I made a few changes, instead of oat flour I used almond flour. Then I added Dijon mustard, dried dill, fresh cilantro and scallions. And I made a sauce to serve on top with mashed avocado, dill, little lemon juice and a little avocado mayonnaise. Very yummy, will definitely make it again!

Super easy - doubled the recipe (but only one egg), used whole wheat flour instead and added chopped red onions, coriander, coriander seeds, ground cumin, pepper, paprika, lemon juice and cornstarch.

Delicious & nutritious lunch doubled the mixture to feed two just added a little more oat flour so the mixture was easier to handle. Also added lemon pepper & garlic salt to mixture. Very happy.
