Have made these several times with various types of cheese and they have always been tasty. I’ve found they work best if you mold them into little balls then place in the mini muffin tin. I enjoy dipping them in blue cheese dressing.

Very good if you get as much moisture out as possible otherwise they are mush. Laborious but worth it.

These were good. I would like to find a way to get a nice crunch through the middle too. i didnt like the creamy consistency of the center.

I used seasoned breadcrumbs and they came out a little salty, dill yoghurt dipping sauce was perfect to cut the sauce. I would double the recipe next time, didn’t even fill a full pan.

Delicious! I used cheese cloth to squeeze the water out and they came out perfect. Great healthy substitute for the Mac n cheese bites I normally make. My family loved them.

These were delicious and so easy. Removing the excess moisture is the trick to making these.

Used non-stick muffin pan AND greased it...they stuck in the pan & were a mutilated mess in the end. Not worth the effort...

Going to make these for a coffee get together. They would work out free for SW members if using bread as HEb and cheese as HEa or 1 syn each . I am giving it 4 stars as looks easy to make. Could be 5 when I have tasted them.

Super quick, easy, and the perfect starter to keep my hungry folks from staring at me as I made dinner! I don’t own a mini muffin tin, so I just balled them up, and they still came out great (same temp and time as instructions)!

Great to make with all the abundance that one zucchini plant provides. I do skip the salt and add some Parmesan cheese instead

These are very tasty, even my 9 year old daughter came back for more. I thought they were even better the next day, straight out of the fridge! I doubled the recipe to make 2 dozen because I had so much zucchini, and I'm planning to make more tonight!

These come out great,.. very easy to change with any summer squash & cheese of your choice. better & healthier than fritters that have to be fried. I have served them both hot or cold. usually double the recipe which makes 36 mini muffins & have used both Panko or Italian bread crumbs. Have never served these that they weren't loved & no left overs to reheat, so make plenty.

I thought this was going to be a messy make, but no, really easy and they turned out lovely. I made this as a starter for a dinner party, whizzed together a tomato chutney and served with a bit of salad, the recipe made me 19 mini muffin sized tots, this was with 5 courgettes (I didn't weigh them). Thanks for the recipe :) they went down a treat

They were okay. I was the only one in my family that ate them, though. My 2 year old and husband were not interested.
