I guess I didn't strain the zucchini well enough.. it took a while to get ready. But it was still very good

I fallowed recipe as directions stated only tripled. It turned out awsome!! Both my picky toddlers enjoyed them. Didnt have a cheese cloth but still managed to squeeze out the water using a clean dish towel and some muscle. Will be making again...

This was a last minute decision. Because I was making this for three adults I did not put it in muffin tins but I spread it out in a 8X11 baking dish and it came out great. Baked for 20 min. Used two zuchinni and 2 eggs. Extra cheese too.

I don't know how to cook and this was so easy to make. My husband loved it and was so surprised that I made it by myself.

Trying to incorporate more veggies in my meals and this was a nice alternative to fries or other higher carb sides.

I shared with a couple of friends and family. Rave reviews from them! Wanted the recipe! They turned out awesome! I think the key was squeezing out the extra moisture I sandwiched the zucchini. between two cloth towels and rung it! I used sharp cheddar cheese. Pretty tasty and a definate do over!

Just want to share: Make sure you shred the zucchini instead of grating. I grated the zucchini and it produced a muffin and not a tot; although that was still delicious. The photos display the shredder being used and not the grater. Please shred the zucchini and do not grate.

My family loved the zucchini tots;they could not stop eating them. I would and have made them over and over again and I am making them today for a big family dinner.

These taste like quiche. No bueno! I would not make it again. They are not crispy and taste like eggy quiche

My picky eater loved them! Now he eats 3 veggies (carrots, kale chips, and zucchini tots).
They would be great for brunch or for breakfast on the go.

Very easy and tasty recipe. Being Italian, I added garlic powder and mozzarella instead of cheddar cheese, to Punch up the flavor. You can do this with eggplant . You can also fry these. Everyone liked it. I will
Definitely make again.

These were ABSOLUTELY delightful! I added some freshly chopped chilli and spring onion. Served them for lunch with strips of fried pork and a mixed green salad. What a complete hit!
