    Turned out lousy!! After 35 minutes, still watery! Husband had to rant! Never got crispy???

    I couldnt wait to make a squash casserole for the first time! I wasnt sure what to expect really. I chose this recipe because it didnt have tomato sauce and it had spices that appealed to me. I was very pleased with how it came out. Everything seemed yo be of the right proportion. I drove d tweak it a bit to be a bit spucier by adding a spucy cheese blend. I think ill omit the oregano next time unless I add tomato sauce. This kind of recipe is oretty forgiving. Its a cassetole so yoh could add peppers, or Marinara sauce, chicken, sausage whatever. This is definitely a keeper! Thank you!

    This dish was delicious. My husband is not fond of squash, but he absolutely loved it. I also added tomatoes to this dish and added more cheese.
