Good, just added fish for protein

Nothing special, but not bad. Quick, easy recipe and can be even easier if you buy the Pre-made zoodles

This really is a Base for a recipe, not a recipe in my opinion. Also only a side and not a dish as hasnt enough protein or carbs. So, I fried 2 onions with garlic, added dried basil and dried Italian herbs, added tomato sauce, added sun-dried tomatoes (chopped) and let is simmer for a bit. Then added low fat zuivel spread and lemon juice just before serving on top of the courgette. Served with a side of crusty whole wheat bread.

This is so good and easy to make! I cut the sun dried tomatoes into small strips. It tastes really fresh and easy. I didn’t add any additional herbs. Just salt, pepper, olive oil and lemon juice. Yum!

It turned out alright. I wish I had cut the tomatoes into tiny chunks and seasoned it more, but the addition of lemon juice helped a lot. Didn’t end up liking it but my mom enjoyed it.

Delicious....its a must try!

used smoky sun dried tomatoes instead and it was not good in my opinion, but my mom liked it

Very easy to make and my family loved it! It’s a new and healthy side to add to the mix.

I added too much sun dried tomato which made it too tomato-ey. Could have used a couple more vegetables to make it heavier. But otherwise yummy and easy.

Added pesto to this and it turned out great.

Delicious! I used chickpea spaghetti noodles as well as the zucchini noodles. Turned out very well, my family loved it.
