This Zucchini Shrimp Scampi is delicious! I decided to use only three zucchini because it looked like too much. Don't skimp on the zucchini; it shrinks up. Next time I will stick to the recipe and use at least four zucchini. Also, I will also use white wine in place of the broth.

Didn’t have fresh Parmesan went without. Added oregano instead of parsley. Simmered the dish over the stove for some extra time to let the flavors marinate. Really tasty!

Excellent. I put a bit more butter and season to taste. This is a keeper even without the wine.

Loved it Used a little bone broth, a little white wine, no parsley (didn’t have any) plus seasonings and lots of Parmesan cheese - licked the bowl!

Very good.. I used 1/2 cup chicken stock and 3 tbsp unsalted butter. Will make it again!

Yummy and easy. I used too much garlic and spicy pepper, my fault. However it was delicious with a salad!

I liked it the day I made it but LOVED it as leftovers. The zoodles weren’t soggy, perfect way to do it.

Easy and yummy! I added a little more butter and the richness was perfect! It also has a bit of a kick thanks to the red pepper flakes so just FYI if you or your family do not like spicy food

It was just ok. I used to make better scampi on my own just throwing things in a pan. I think I’ll do that again next time. This was not my fave

Loved it! I used thinly sliced zucchini instead, homemade vegetable stock and a little more garlic. I would use less lemon next time. Would definitely make it again.

Super easy and delicious! I'm definitely making this again. I didn't drain the juice (chicken stock/lemon) before serving and that was the one thing I would change for next time
