Good use of zucchini! I did not use oregano and used cheddar and Parmesan. Excellent taste and easy prep. We’re eating these right now!

Such a cool recipe. It was so delicious and so easy too. I added more spicies, because my family love spicies. And we loved it. 🤗😍

These were really taste. I added red pepper for a little color. I forgot to add the flour and they still turned out good.

I am a great seasoner. So if you get these crispy on the outside they are great. Perfect for a vegetarian missing crab cakes especially if you season with a little Obay. At the end of the day I made these on a Friday night and munched on them all weekend.

Easy to make. Really need to remove excess moisture. We used rice bran oil to cook them. Delicious served with some sweet chilli sauce.

I could have extracted more moisture, and made the patties a bit thinner. I would use a nonstick pan or griddle instead of cast iron next time. My wife really liked this recipe, so mission accomplished!

Ive made this several times. Love it. If it seems too runny, add a bit more flour or breadcrumbs. If you don't remove enough liquid from the zucchini it will fall apart when you go to fry.

Didn’t work for me :( it was runny and came apart the second I put it into the oil

They were good. I got my teenager to eat them! I added a few more seasonings and cut back on the breadcrumbs. Would make them again.

My husband and I love these patties! To be slightly healthier I reduce the panko, flour, and cheese. I also add italian herbs and chopped jalapeno to give it some kick! Thank you so much...they are absolutely delicious.

Perfect recipe for those zucchinis straight out of the garden. This was sooooo good. I did not change the recipe at all. It is just amazingly tasty.

Delicious! I made them with gluten free flour and bread crumbs. I left out the oregano, as I am not a fan of that spice. I also used just 1 egg. My family asked, why haven't you made these before? Can't wait to have them again!
