These are really very good...my kids were skeptical but then gobbled it up. They are great the way the recipe calls for, light and cheesy, but variations would be good too....add garlic powder and black pepper if you want, or fresh chopped cilantro, or Italian seasoning. Also I prefer to use green onions when I have them instead of regular onions. If you aren't a fan of onions, you can reduce them or even eliminate them.
