  • 1/2 yellow onion (large, chopped)

  • 3 cups pepper sauce (Roasted Red)
  • 10 ounces turkey sausage
  • 1 teaspoon oregano
  • 1 teaspoon fennel seeds
  • 2 cups zucchini (large dice, or half-moons, my zucchini were small, so this took about 3 of them)
  • 1/2 yellow onion (large, diced)
  • 6 ounces whole wheat pasta
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
