It wasn't bad but neither would I call it zucchini parm. It's more like baked spaghetti sauce with zucchini in it. Also, I think I over cooked the zucchini in the pot before putting it in the oven because it was more slimy than I would have liked. For me, it's not parm unless it has breaking of some sort.
