It turned out good! I enjoyed it (a little too healthy for me lol ) I did chicken instead of shrimp.

Soooo goood! And easy I didn’t salt the noodles first to draw out the moisture but that would have helped. I will do it next time for a bit of a crispier noodle but it was good either way.
