- 1 pinch red pepper flakes
- 1 tsp. coconut oil (for sautéing)

- 4 baby bok choy (about 1-2 cups chopped, save a few full leaves)
- 3 shiitake mushrooms (stemmed and sliced)
- 1 cup carrots (grated)
- 1 tsp. ginger (fresh grated)
- 2 Tbsp. white miso
- 1/2 tsp. red pepper flakes
- 1/4 tsp. five-spice (Chinese)
- 32 oz. vegetable stock (or broth)
- 2 cups water
- 1/2 Tbsp. tamari (if needed)
- 3 zucchini (spiralized with the C blade)
- 4 nori sheets (small, I used seaweed snacks)
- green onions (sliced)
- 1 tsp. sesame seeds
- Sriracha (or chili garlic sauce, to taste)
