- 3/4 tsp. chili flakes (or to taste)

- 1/2 bell pepper (cut into thin strips)
- 1 can coconut milk (I used ful fat)
- 3 cups stock (veggie)
- 2 zucchini (spiralized & cut to desired length. See below.)
