  • 1 tablespoon curry powder (or paste)
  • 3/4 teaspoon chili flakes (or to taste)
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

  • 1 cup mushrooms (thinly sliced)
  • 1/2 bell pepper (cut into thin strips)
