Making my 3rd batch but always cook a second for the freezer a great recipe for my influx of zucchini

My 1 year old twins love to make these with me. I prepare the zucchini first and they add the rest of the ingredients. These muffins are the best way to get them to eat veggies! They inhale them!!So easy and so delicious!
