    Easy and yummy! I used low fat mozzarella shredded cheese
    Turned out delicious. I tried making the zucchini balls in advance, popped them in the fridge and it worked like a charm! Made it with pasta, something more substantial for dinner. It was a real crowd pleaser.

    Sooooo delicious!!! The flavour was great and everyone enjoyed them! I will definitely be making these again! Only changed I made was when cooking the zucchini in the pan it took double the amount of time for most of the water to evaporate and when incorporating everything I added extra bread crumbs. Also after 20 minutes of baking in the oven, I broiled them on high for about 2 minutes.

    These are amazing...seriously amazing. Worth the time and effort. My picky eaters ate this. I don't know if it's good the next day because there is never any left.
