- 1 lb. ground beef (choice)
- 1 lb. mild Italian sausage (ground, I get at Farmer’s Market when available add more beef if you don’t do pork, no worries.)
- 6 zucchini (large)
- 1 container ricotta cheese (whole fat, because we eat real food)
- 1 cup Parmesan (grated)
- 2 eggs
- 1 Tbsp. oregano (dried)
- 1 Tbsp. basil (dried)
- 1 tsp. garlic powder
- 1 jar tomato sauce (your preferred, I’ve been using Simple Truth from Kroger. Don’t judge, I haven’t mastered sauce. Don’t tell my pretend Italian relatives.)
- 8 oz. mozzarella (grated)
- 2 Tbsp. olive oil
