I did not add the ricotta cheese nor cottage cheese I layered meat as a separate layer then mozzarella cheese then layered sauce from jar and sprinkled with Parmesan also I added spinach to the meat to enhance flavor and eye appeal. delicious

This was amazing!! I added a diced hot pepper, a couple cloves of garlic and used extra quinoa to suck up some moisture, amazing!! Yum!
Loved this. I must have sliced the zucchini much thinner because I used 4 and still made three layers. I have had this in the past that turned out like soup, but this turned out more like lasagna. Really happy with this recipe and will make it again.

Make sure you use a good tasting sauce (like Rao's). The sauce was all I could taste in this recipe.

I loved it!! Added some oregano, garlic and onion. Zucchini is more delicious then the noodles. Thank you!

Was delicious! Next time I'll make it with more layers of meat sauce and cottage cheese, and in a deeper dish. I used Lightlife in place of meat and it was great. I think I could use noodles as well as zucchini, and it would work swimmingly. Thanks!

This was way tastier than I expected. Even my two year old gobbled it up. I cut the zucchini with the widest setting on my mandolin.

I loved it... I added some mushrooms, smoked paprika and oregano..... Real easy to make.... I made a huge portion to have something to freeze down for busy days.
