Excellent recipe, on my list of new favorites. I roasted a combination of zucchini and summer squash in the oven and added 1/2 tsp smoked paprika.

Delicious! A great way to take advantage of zucchini season. Definitely grill the zucchini if you can- it adds a delicious smokiness
