- 1 lb. ground beef (20%fat 80% lean)
- meats (You can use any of you favorite, vegetarians can use mushrooms or eggplants instead)
- 32 oz. crushed tomatoes (or 3-4 fresh tomatoes, cut into small pieces)
- 1 medium onion (finely chopped)
- 2 garlic cloves (minced)
- 3 Tbsp. butter oil (I didn’t use any as the meat had enough fat)
- salt
- black pepper
- aleppo pepper
- dried mint
- spices
- fresh parsley

Unsure if I’ll make this again. I would need to work more with the spices to find a better balance, I think. It was good overall.

Would try again. I did not have yhe correct pepper and the paste she added. It still turned out well. You have to watch the video! The written directions do not inculde everything.

It was good. Lacking a second can of tomatoes, I added a can of Rotel which made it a little spicy. Would rather have only tomatoes.
