- 1 zucchini (large/2 medium organic, grated)
- 13 oz. chickpeas (organic, rinsed, sautéed for 5 mins in a pan and then mashed with potato masher.)
- 2 Tbsp. chickpea flour (organic, I used “garfava” flour – it’s a combination of fava beans and garbanzo beans)
- 2 Tbsp. almond flour (organic, add more if it feels watery)
- 1 Tbsp. nutritional yeast
- salt (to taste)
- chili powder (or paprika, to taste – just a shake or two is all you need. I used chili powder.)
- 1 clove garlic (organic, grated or finely chopped)
- 1/4 red onion (organic, finely chopped)
- avocado oil (organic, for pan frying)

Pretty good. Super easy to prepare - the patties held together nicely. We’re spicy types so I added more seasonings and pepitas for some crunch.
