    Pretty good! I’m one of those health freaks but I like the browning from cooking in a skillet so I used a nonstick pan and no oil. They seem like they will stick at first, but when they are ready to turn they release from the pan easily.

    Couldn't get enough will have to do double batch next time. I added the cheddar cheese also, and fried them I did not have whole garlic so I used powdered and it worked just fine. Pressed the juices out in the colander then used a linen cloth to get even more out. This is a great way to use your summer zucchini. I've added it to my favorites.
