Not my favorite use of zucchini but it's a nice change. I agree with the other reviews - I added some breadcrumbs and Italian seasoning.

Pretty good! I’m one of those health freaks but I like the browning from cooking in a skillet so I used a nonstick pan and no oil. They seem like they will stick at first, but when they are ready to turn they release from the pan easily.
