    Could have been the oregano, but these were not even close to good. My husband wouldn't eat them at all, but with a little ketchup, they were edible but absolutely not yummy. That said, will try again sans oregano, more salt, and lots of Parmesan cheese.

    Only just found yummy and I think it is amazing so many great recipes. I just don't know which one to try first. The only thing is the recipes don't show how much sugar is in them.

    I like more flavor so I sprinkled with Chef Paul Prudhomme's Vegetable Magic seasoning blend. Texture came out great! Will make again.
