    I did modify with adding green baby spinach, suted the zucchini and eggplant before adding to lasagna. it was tasty

    It was good I think for the next time I will cook it longer because the eggplant, although thinly sliced needed to cook longer

    It was ok. I added some squash and bell peppers. But the eggplant didn't cook well. The taste was good though.
