i swear this is the only way my daughter will eat zucchini! these are delicious fir breakfast with eggs as well!

Turned out great! I used dried chives as I was out of basil. Also added a little garlic salt to top of them. Turned out delicious!

Easy and very yummy, but next time I may add some leek or scallion for a bit more flavor. I served them as a side to seared scallops and it was a nice light summer dinner. Froze the leftovers so I’ll be enjoying them again soon!
