I used a little over a half cup of honey as my sweetner and oven at 300 instead of 325 to compensate for that. They are a little bland but the texture is awesome. It's like eating drops of cake! Super easy to make and I did eat almost a dozen the day I made it. Did not make 48 but my drops were more than a teaspoon. Made more like 30. I keep going back and forth on 3 or 4 stars but I am going to settle on 4 because for a no sugar dessert it is pretty awesome. My husband didn't care for them though but I am cutting sugar so if he doesn't like them then more for me!
