Cooked it in the oven, and loved it! So good! And a great substitute for potato chips.

During the process, i only made one change. Instead of salt, I sprinkled Chat Masala/Podi ( Indian Multi Condiment Powder ), which has a sour & Hot taste. Believe me it really tasted Yummy
