This made a beautiful big loaf of deliciousness! I made this with pecans rather than walnuts and added a quarter cup of honey instead of white sugar (I don't use a lot of sugar and was out). Very moist and full of awesome flavor. The garden is full of zucchini and wonderful carrots this time of year. Definitely a great recipe!
