- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. black pepper
- 1 bunch scallions ( white parts and 1 inch of the greens, thinly sliced (about 1 cup))
- 1 cup plain breadcrumbs
- 1 Tbsp. minced garlic
- 1/2 cup chopped parsley
- 1/2 cup olive oil (for frying)

I haven't tried the recipe yet, but I couldn't let this pass. Its upsetting when the nutritional information is wrong. But how can you say this recipe is ONLY 5 CALORIES??? If you ate a whole raw Zucchini it would be 5 calories!! My guess it's anywhere between 200/300 calories per serving.

I added one more egg and a tablespoon of flour and used canola oil, its not as expensive as coconut, then dusted a little more flour om them turned out really good .My daughter raved about them.
