It was easy to put together, definitely needed more seasoning so I'll play with that more than last time.

Delicious and easy to make. Had this with curry-seasoned chicken in pita bread.

Just seems empty. Had to go to garden to sprinkle something on top to get some flavor.

This is a great recipe! I make it twice a month usually. I add rotini noodles and pasta sauce to make it a meal it's very delicious!!!

it was great I have I have made this dish at least a dozen times and I also added yellow squash which made it better I think. Also added some some red onion Yummy I give this recipe 5 STARS

It was ok. There are better zucchini and tomato recipes out there. It would be better with another squash mixed in, or just opt for ratatouille instead.

Made this as written and it was absolutely delish!! will be adding this to my regular rotation. As a Pescetarian its sometimes hard to find new and exciting recipes to go well with fish and seafood. this one is definitely a winner. Paired with some baked talapia and a salad
