Delicious! I tweaked the recipe a bit, I added 1/2 cup of craisins and changed the oil to 1/4 cup and 1/4 apple sauce.

These were amazing! I substituted the oil with 2 containers of sweet potato baby food. Always trying to get more veggies in for my kiddos.
