This casserole is simple & delicious! I really suggest making this in an 11 X 15 inch or 5 qt. dish (28 X 38cm or 5 L). I baked it for 15 minutes before adding the last layer of cheese. I baked it 10 minutes more with the last cheese layer. Be careful not to overcook it. I didn't have the soup so I used 1/2 cup of heavy cream. I used 1 & 1/2 tsp of salt in the entire recipe.
