- 1 1/2 lb. asparagus (after woody bottoms removed, usually about 1 - 1 1/2" up stem cut on the bias about 1/4" after de-wooded)
- 2 pt. grape tomatoes (fresh ripe, San Marzano if possible, halved lengthwise)
- 6 Tbsp. garlic (thinly sliced fresh)
