- 16 oz. cauliflower (coarsely riced, I used a fresh riced pack from New Seasons)
- 2 Tbsp. avocado oil (I used this brand)
- 1 1/2 tsp. dried parsley
- 1 tsp. paprika
- 1/2 tsp. dried thyme
- 1 pinch cayenne pepper
- lemon pepper seasoning (Fresh ground, to taste, I used this one)
