This was so easy to make—the “hardest” part was chopping up the bell peppers. We enjoyed it atop toasted baguette slices.

wonderful side dish. I added thinly sliced cucumber. i wasn't sure how it would go over with the fam, but it turned out to be a hit. fantastic.
