So amazing and I added spinach at the bottom to make it more of a salad it was so delicious!

Good but a little plain. Maybe it needed more lime - or even some Chile. But easy to make and healthy! Wasn’t too great the next day.

I cut down the lime juice to 1 lime as another reviewer suggested. It did not have enough flavor with that change. There is a lot of variation in how much juice you get from individual limes. It is better to say 1 tablespoon of juice, usually from 2 limes rather than the wording given here. It needed something else to boost the flavor. My taste buds were ambiguous.

I’ve made this several times and it’s always a hit. I mostly serve it over a bed of greens. Great flavors with some kick to it!

I didn’t like it cold so I cooked everything except the avocado. It was okay in flavor, almost like a guacamole and the recipe was quick so I didn’t mind the taste being underwhelming

This was easy and delicious! We added this to taco shells and had shrimp tacos!

Had it on warmed corn tortillas, extra avocado, no cilantro. Delicious.

Very good. Next time, i'll double the avacado ... but i may just be turning this into a guacomole with shrimp! but delicious!

Easy and SO good! I will definitely be making this again and getting some crostini to add as a side.

One of the most refreshing dishes I've had in a long time. Easy to make and such a hit.

This recipe looked very easy and tasty, and I wanted something that felt like summer. Cooked shrimp is something I always have in my freezer so all I needed to do was stop by a farm stand for the veggies and limes. It was a fast after work meal that was made in less than half an hour. I chose to serve it stuffed in heirloom tomatoes with grilled thinly sliced southwestern seasoned chicken breast. A yummy 😋 quick after work Paleo dinner.

Very delicious! But if I could go back I would have tortilla chips to serve it with because it was just like a big version of ceviche.

Hits all the right spots: simple, quick, light (but filling because of the avocado), and beautifully delicious.

Second time I made this. Great both times. This time I used a Mayan onion for a sweeter bite. The recipe is super easy, mainly just chopping. As always fresher ingredients make for better food.

Delicious! I like spicy so i left the deed in the jalapeno peppers. I didn't have limes so i just used Kraft Zesty Lime Dressing.
