- 1 head garlic (with the head cut off)

- 2 tsp. cumin
- olive oil
- 2 lemons zest (1/2 and juice 1, this can be the same one and slice the other)
- 1 Tbsp. balsamic vinegar
- 4 handfuls rocket (I used most of a 100g bag)
- 1 cucumber (in chunks)
- 30 grams mint (roughly torn)
