Amazing. Followed the directions exactly and it came out perfect looks just like the photo I used my kitchen aid mixer, let rise for 1.5 hours, and baked for 7 minutes. I honestly don’t know if any other baking recipe has ever worked fo perfectly the humidity in Toronto must be good for these measurements 😂. I ate it with “Tomato Party” from Ottolenghi’s Plenty and had a perfect vegan summer meal
