- 1/2 pkg. unripened cheese (250 g pkg PC Halloom Semi-Soft, sliced into 1/4-inch, 5 mm thick pieces)
- 2 Tbsp. olive oil
- 1 onion (finely chopped)
- 4 cloves garlic (minced)
- 1 Tbsp. spice blend (PC BLACK LABEL ZA’ATAR)
- 1/2 tsp. salt (each, and freshly ground black pepper)
- 1/4 cup pomegranate seeds
- 1/4 cup fresh mint (torn)
