These crackers were easy and delicious--a great gluten-free option. It did make a big batch, so lucky they were tasty! I brushed with oil after rolling out then added the za'atar and salt before running the rolling pin over them again. I then cut them with a pizza wheel. It would be very easy to swap out the za'atar for other spices if preferred.
