    Fantastic - I will ONLY use this seitan recipe from now on! It's so much quicker and easier than other seitan recipes, but just as tasty!!! Very versatile too, just switch out the thyme for any other herbs and spices you like, and/or a teaspoon of stock powder (I like Massels vegan chicken or beef stock). So far I've made it into strips for stir-fry, meatballs (or I guess one could say "wheat balls" for spaghetti, and patties for burgers. Love it!
