  • 1 yuca
  • vegetable oil
  • dried oregano
  • salt

    Directions

    1. Peel half the yuca.
    2. Run a vegetable peeler down the yuca to make the chips.
    3. Fry in plenty of hot oil. When each chip stops spattering, it is done.
    4. Remove to a plate covered in paper towels to drain. Sprinkle with oregano and salt to taste.
